RESERVATION AND TICKET SALES POLICY

(Please read this entire section before you order tickets)

Dress Code

We have a very strict dress code to preserve the integrity and the authenticity of the Ball.

Below we give a description of the required formal ball attire:

For gentlemen:

• Formal tails: black tails, white shirt, white vest and white bow tie
• Black tie: black tuxedo, white shirt, black vest or black cummerbund and black bow tie
• Escorts of the debutantes must wear tails and white gloves
• Orders and decorations are restricted to the insignia of recognized orders of knighthood and merit and national military decorations issued by sovereign government.

For ladies: full ball gowns

For the members of the American Military: authentic uniforms with/without decorations.

The dress code for the debutantes is included under the “Debutantes” heading of our website.

Order of priority seating

Each category is on a first come first paid basis.

Highest priority: VIP table for 10 or 12

Second: VIP individual tickets (on availability basis)

Third: Dinner table for 10 or 12

Fourth: Individual dinner tickets

Special pricing for tables for 10 or 12

Seating categories

Please note that seating categories are not interchangeable. VIP seating is 1st row tables, requiring a VIP ticket for each person. Dinner tickets and dance tickets seating will follow. When ordering online different category tickets including family members or friends, keep in mind that you should open an order form for each category separately and that those ticket holders with different categories will be seated at different tables.

Reservations

Reservations are not guaranteed and will not receive any priority in seating until paid in full.

Refund Policy

All sales are final and there will be no refunds for any reason. If you are unable to attend, we must still pay for your dinners and incur expenses just as if you attend. We will not be able to issue any refunds once tickets are paid.

Ticket payment timeline

There has been a tremendous interest in this ball. It is important that you secure your tickets as soon as you can to assure the best available seating. Remember, in each category first come first paid secures a preference.

There will be no ticket sales at the door and no payment can be made on the night of the ball. 

The University Club is a private club, and we must pay our entire bill two weeks before the event.

Required E-mail confirmation

To accommodate our name cards for the seating assignment, if ordering more than one ticket online, we ask that you send an E-mail confirmation with the first and last name of every person on your reservation. If ordering by mail, please complete the name list of your guests and give us your E-mail address to get in touch with you with any questions.
