ONE GREAT NIGHT

Participants in this dazzling event will transcend in time to a nostalgic era of fancy society balls.  The primary focus of the evening is the introduction of new, young debutantes. One cannot help but return to the Ball, year after year, to experience this memorable event.

The prestigious venue of the University Club in New York retains the style of a past era, thus making our event almost magical. (Additional information concerning the venue can be found under “Location” on our website).

During the cocktail reception and dinner, Mr. Laszlo Fornvald, the renowned Hungarian pianist, will entertain us, first with light cocktail music, then with operetta excerpts and Hungarian favorites.

After the most important event of the Ball – the presentation of the debutantes –  music by the famous Lester Lanin Society Orchestra will be continuous, interrupted only briefly, for an entertainment surprise.

For our out-of-town guests at the Club, there are a limited number of exquisite rooms available on a first come, first paid basis, at a reduced price. (Please visit the “Accommodation” section of our website concerning rooms and parking).

The University Club is a private venue with a strict dress code, so please check the “Dress Code” section of our website for rules regarding the appropriate attire.
