ACCOMMODATION

As a special discount by the University Club our guests may use a limited number of rooms on a first come, first serve basis. Photos of rooms are shown both on the University Club’s and our own website. In addition to the standard accommodation, there are deluxe rooms and mini suites available. Please inquire with the University club for further details of these rooms. Guests from overseas and those who wish to stay longer should make arrangements far in advance.

In summary: simple guest rooms, 17 junior suites and 8 one bedroom suites. All rooms are equipped with Chippendale-style furniture, luxury linen, complimentary high-speed Internet access and room service (from Monday to Friday) Additional amenities include HD cable TV, minibars, iPod and cell phone docking stations ad coffee makers.

Cancellations for guaranteed reservations will be accepted up to 6.00 pm two days prior to arrival. A charge of one night’s stay + taxes will be imposed for each guaranteed reservation cancelled after this deadline.

Each guest will be responsible for his/her own room + tax charges as well as incidental charges. The Club accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards.

 

HOUSE  RULES

A copy of the Club’s House Rules  follow, which are strictly enforced.  Please read in full before making reservations.

 

HOUSE RULE  XV

Gentleman members and guests are required to wear jackets and ties. Lady members and guests to wear clothing of equivalent formality dresses, skirts, a tailored pantsuit in conservative good taste are acceptable.

Members and guests checking in/out may pass through the lobby, to and from the elevators and the front door may wear informal dress.

On weekends and holidays incoming and exiting members and guests may pass through the lobby or go to the Taproom, the guestrooms or an athletic facility without wearing jacket and tie Jacket and ties are not required in the Taproom  in weekends, neither  jackets and ties are required at breakfast on weekends.

All attire in the Club must conform this Rule XV in all aspects and all areas.

Shorts, T-shirts, warm-up suits, jeans or denims mini skirts or dresses, form fitting pants, sandals or sneakers are not appropriate attire at any time and any area of the clubhouse.

 

HOUSE  RULE  IX

No photography is permitted in the Club at any time without prior written permission by the House Committee.

 

HOUSE  RULE  XVI

The conduct of meetings or display of papers and/or documents, usage of cell phones, laptop computers and meetings where the discussion is disturbing to others is not permitted in public areas of the Club such as the Main Lounge, Dining Rooms and Taproom.
